HOW FAST CAN YOU REALLY GET A SIGN UP?
If you book before 5 PM, the post is in the ground by end-of-business the next day. That's the guarantee — if we miss it, the install's free. We hit it nearly every time. Rain doesn't change it, heat doesn't change it.
HOW DOES THE LED LIGHT WORK?
Solar panel mounts on top of the post and charges all day. The LED Light kicks on automatically at dusk and runs 12+ hours a night — fully through the prime evening drive-by window. No wiring, no outlet, no extension cords. Built to handle cloudy stretches without losing the lights.
Do You Supply The Sign Panel?
No — your brokerage supplies the panel and any branded riders. We provide the post, the hardware, and the LED light. Every install carries your brand, not ours.
What about Mississippi Storms and Humidity?
Pressure-treated post. Outdoor-rated LED housing. Stainless mounting hardware. Built for the Pine Belt's heat, humidity, and summer storms.
What if The Post gets damaged
Text us. Don't email. Don't fill out a form. Crew is dispatched and the post is fixed or replaced within 24 hours. If it wasn't the seller's fault, there's no charge — it comes out of the install fee you already paid.
Do you Handle Removal at closing?
Yes — and it's included. One tap when you close, we'll pull the post the next business day. You don't store it, you don't move it, you don't think about it.
Can I rush an Install?
Yes. Add $35 to the standard install and we'll have the post in the ground same-day, as long as you book before 12 PM. Rush slots are first-come, first-served — if the day's already full, we'll tell you up front.
How does the travel zone fee work?
Four zones, all measured from our Hattiesburg HQ. Zone 1 (Pine Belt local — Hattiesburg, Laurel, Petal, Oak Grove, Purvis, Columbia, Sumrall, Ellisville) is free. Zone 2 (Outer MS — McComb, Brookhaven, Natchez, Picayune) adds $50. Zone 3 (Metros & Coast — Jackson, Vicksburg, Meridian, Gulfport, Biloxi, Mobile) adds $100. Zone 4 (Wider Gulf South — New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Pensacola, Tuscaloosa) adds $200. The fee covers the round-trip drive and the crew's time — no hourly add-ons, no surprises at the end. Your zip code tells us your zone before you book.
